The Commonwealth of Learning (COL) has just released a Request for Proposals for an independent final evaluation of its Empowering Women & Girls in the Commonwealth (EWG) project.
Funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) under the Feminist International Assistance Policy, this initiative advances the empowerment, leadership, and opportunities of women and girls, including those with disabilities, from disadvantaged communities across Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Malawi, and Mozambique.
As the project enters its final year (2023–2026), this evaluation (June–November 2026) will be key to assessing impact and sustainability.
